Tatiana Nikiforova

Tatiana Nikiforova joined the Board of Variety in 2023 and brings extensive experience across finance, capital advisory, alternative investments and property. 

She is the founder of Allegion Funds, an independent capital advisory firm focused on debt, equity and hybrid funding solutions for operating businesses. Allegion Funds provides strategic guidance across private lending, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on tailored transactions that connect quality opportunities with aligned capital. 

Before founding Allegion Funds, Tatiana led alternative investments at Kingsmede, managing capital for three family offices. In 2019, she launched Kingsmede Partners, raising capital from more than 200 investors for real estate debt and equity projects across Australia and New Zealand. 

Tatiana holds a Global MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Markets and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and serves on the Advisory Council for the Art Gallery of NSW.
