Roslyn Miller

Roslyn Miller joined the Board of Variety in 2023 and brings more than 20 years’ experience across the commercial and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and Europe. 

She is an experienced income and growth leader with a proven track record in delivering strong business results. Her background spans fundraising, commercial partnerships, strategic planning, relationship management and team leadership. 

Roslyn has worked with large and small charities, including Cancer Council NSW, The Girls & Boys Brigade, Mirabel Foundation and Asthma Victoria. Her experience across both corporate and not-for-profit environments gives her strong insight into market trends, innovation and opportunities for growth. 

She is focused on strategic and practical execution, building strong relationships and empowering teams to achieve their potential. Having also been a foster carer, she is passionate about improving the lives of children and helping them access the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
