The Variety Code of Ethics describes how the Variety family puts our values and principles into practice every day. It outlines the commitments each of us make and our expectations of each other as we carry out our mission. It sets out the behaviours we all need to demonstrate to bring these values to life, and what we need to live up to if we are to fulfil our purpose.
